It was clean and the staff were kind and wonderful, beds were exceptionally comfortable.

A bit rude staff!

The location of this cabin was absolutely fantastic! It was conveniently situated within walking distance to major attractions like Odori Park and Susukino. Plus, there was a subway entrance nearby, making it super easy to explore the city. And having a 7-11 on the first floor was a huge bonus for quick snacks and essentials.

The lack of soundproofing. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that noise from fellow guests using their luggage in the sleeping room can be quite bothersome.

I really enjoyed this secured hotel and stayed for 5 nights here. The location was marvellous, not too far from Susukino. And I was walking distance to eateries and restaurants.

had an amazing honeymoon in sapporo, but this stay was even better. spacious cabin, friendly staff, and super clean. convenient location with easy access to subway and 7-11. loved the relaxing onsen and the amenities provided. would definitely come back!

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were tasteful, with warm colors and beautiful artwork that made me feel right at home. The common areas were well-maintained and provided plenty of comfortable seating for relaxation. As a senior, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to maneuver with my walking cane. The staff were also very friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more handrails in the hallways and stairwells. This would provide extra support and assurance for senior guests like myself, especially when navigating through different areas of the hotel.

This low budget hotel was a great place for shopping. We had a private quadruple room with storage space under the bed with lock.

Sauna: I couldn't resist the allure of the sauna at the hotel. It was like entering a magical oasis where all my stress melted away, just like snowflakes on a warm Sapporo day.

Limited Showers: Showers were a bit busy in the evening, especially since women have a limited window for the public baths. But hey, sharing is caring!
